The batch control filter will check whether the correct batch is scanned. Because you know better than anyone that even with the greatest care, a wrong pack can sneak in. Lean FMDwill recognise this immediately and mark the pack. Now it is easy for the employee to sort out the pack. And that saves a lot of time.
As an exporter, you may find it necessary to scan packs multiple times. Depending on the source of supply, this may already happen at goods receipt, but at the latest at goods issue for deregistration as export. With Lean FMD, you can do without duplicate scanning work. Our SaaS solution comprises lists in which the scans are stored. If a pallet or carton has already been scanned in goods receipt, it does not have to be scanned again on delivery. Instead, codes from the scan data already available in lists are simply used. It’s that simple – and that time-saving.
