Undo Status > 10 days

Error messages relating to incorrect reactivation only result in the matter being referred to the relevant regulatory authorities in the case of cross-market transactions (packs from another country).

Description and cause:

The 10-day (240-hour) period for reactivating the package has already expired. Deactivation can only be reversed within this period.

Handling instructions:

If the batch originates from abroad, it must be set aside and must not be placed on the market until the cause of the fault has been identified.

Procedures for the scanning staff:

  • Are any other packs in the consignment or storage bay also affected?

Procedures for the responsible person:

  • Check in the Control Panel to see whether the first deactivation was carried out manually. If so, the pack can continue to be used for its intended purpose.

Further use of the pack

PLEASE NOTE! A pack that has already been deactivated has limited marketability. Any subsequent point in the pharmaceutical supply chain will receive an error message and refuse your delivery.

Goods that have already been deactivated may only be used for their intended purpose (exported, marked as a doctor’s sample, etc.).
