Error messages relating to incorrect reactivation only result in the matter being referred to the relevant regulatory authorities in the case of cross-market transactions (packs from another country).
The 10-day (240-hour) period for reactivating the package has already expired. Deactivation can only be reversed within this period.
If the batch originates from abroad, it must be set aside and must not be placed on the market until the cause of the fault has been identified.
PLEASE NOTE! A pack that has already been deactivated has limited marketability. Any subsequent point in the pharmaceutical supply chain will receive an error message and refuse your delivery.
Goods that have already been deactivated may only be used for their intended purpose (exported, marked as a doctor’s sample, etc.).
