System alert messages usually indicate faulty technical conditions of the system, but have no further effect on the dispensability of the medicines.

Description and cause:

This message indicates a problem accessing the system from a blocked account. The terms and conditions were not accepted within the specified time limit. Please accept the new terms and conditions to regain access to the system.

Handling instructions:

Please contact your NMVO to unlock the account. Try the transaction again. If the problem persists, please contact your NMVO.

Procedures for the scanning staff: ​

  • Access to the system cannot be guaranteed. Please pass this message on to your line manager or the IT department.

Procedures for the responsible person:​

  • Please check your access to the NMVS. If you have any further questions, please contact your designated NMVO
