Double Scan
System error messages usually indicate fault technical conditions of the system but have no further effect on the dispensability of the medicines.
Description and cause:
The NMVS has detected that you have deactivated a pack more than once. This is allowed up to a certain threshold. If this threshold is exceeded, an alarm is generated. This precursor to a double deactivation error only applies to domestic packs.
Handling instructions:
Adjust your operational processes to avoid multiple deactivations.
CAUTION: If you deactivate the same pack too often, a more severe error will occur and be reported to the authorities.
