System error messages usually indicate fault technical conditions of the system but have no further effect on the dispensability of the medicines.

Description and cause:

You cannot log in to NMVS, the user is locked out. This message indicates a problem accessing the system from a locked out account.

Handling instructions:

Contact your NMVO to release your account. Start the transaction again. If the problem persists, contact your NMVO.

Procedures for the scanning staff:

  • Access to the system is not granted. Pass this message on to your responsible person or to the IT department.

Procedures for the responsible person:

  • Check your access to the NMVS. Contact your responsible NMVO for further questions.
