Invalid Arvato login

System error messages usually indicate fault technical conditions of the system but have no further effect on the dispensability of the medicines.

Description and cause:

This message indicates a system access problem with the user ID or password.

Handling instructions:

Reset the password according to the password policy. Either directly in your medAspis Control Panel under the „Account“ tab (if this functionality is available for your country), via your NMVS account on the web or by contacting your NMVO.

The current password policy is as follows:

  • 8 characters minimum and 60 maximum.
  • Contains at least one lower case letter.
  • Contains at least one uppercase letter.
  • Contains at least one number.
  • Contains at least one special character.

Restart the transaction. If the problem persists, contact your NMVO.

Procedures for the scanning staff:

  • Access to the system is not granted. Pass this message on to your responsible person or to the IT department.

Procedures for the responsible person:

  • Make sure the user access or password of your NMVO is correctly entered in the system. If you have any further questions, please contact your NMVO.
